Future DMV Area Longhorns

The DC Chapter of the Texas Exes is particularly proud of its program to award scholarships to incoming UT freshmen from Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.  Since 2006, the DC Texas Exes have awarded over $15,000 to local high school seniors heading to UT Austin. Two merit scholarships that we award annually are the Barbara Jordan Memorial Scholarship and the James Decherd Scholarship. Scholarships may also be provided to attend Camp Texas. Check back in December for more info about our scholarships program.
